Pre-employment Training and Skills for Work
Are you looking for a job?
Do you need help to find your way into employment? Keep missing out at job interviews?
We offer one-to-one support and courses to help you search for work. You can learn how to complete an effective job application, create a CV, be successful at interviews, build confidence and develop other work-related skills like team-work.
Our pre-employment training courses are designed to focus on the key skills needed to secure a job in the sector you want. They are aligned to local job vacancies and our employment team will work with you throughout your training to support you into a job.
Pre employment training courses are offered at Brierley Hill Neighbourhood Learning Centre every day from 9.30am to 3pm over two consecutive weeks. These can include an element of training for the career sector that you want in areas of customer service, care, or warehousing.
