  What we do with your personal information
We are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our services. We only collect information from learners where there is a mandated requirement or we have identified a business need.
Your information will be shared with external funders such as the Education and Skills Funding Agency and West Midlands Combined Authority. Information will also be shared with examination boards in relation to exams for which you have specifically entered.
We may share your information with other council departments where necessary to follow up a service request, complaint, or to take other action requested by, or agreed with you to support the development or improvement of Dudley Council services and activities.

Safeguarding
Dudley Adult and Community Learning has a legal responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all our learners, volunteers, staff and visitors. We provide a safe learning environment that protects individual rights and keeps learners free from harm, abuse and neglect.
