This course is a practical introduction to launching your own creative business.
You will learn:

project planning for your small art or craft business
•
how to identify who your customers are
•
how to build a social media following using digital skills
•
how to develop customer service skills
•
about pricing your craft work for sale
•
how to take photos and videos for eye catching social media content
•
how to sell work via online stores
•
about selling your items at seasonal craft fairs.
Courses are held over 10 weeks for two hours a session
and are free for learners who are unemployed.
